Why was I denied boarding?
An airline may deny boarding in the following situations: if the flight is overbooked; in the absence of the correct travel documents/visa; for health and security reasons; or if a passenger has missed one or more flights, and has therefore had their ticket voided (all plane tickets must be used in the right order). We'd like to remind you that it's always your responsibility to bring all the necessary travel documents with you, and to allow plenty of time to get to the airport, to complete check-in, security, and boarding.
If you were denied boarding due to overbooking, you may be entitled to a refund by the airline . You should make your claim with the airline directly.
