Jetstar always issue vouchers instead of refunds for cancellation. Wether a voucher is available depends on Jetstar fare. Please note we will send you a voucher email if Jetstar issue one for your booking, you would need to download the voucher within 20 days.

When you redeem the voucher, please ensure voucher number and voucher name is all correct.  Jetstar vouchers can be redeemed towards payment for multiple Jetstar flight bookings untill the value is exhausted up until the Expiry Date. The vouchers are non-transferrable- the person named on voucher must be a passenger or a contact for new booking.
