Retaining tickets for later use is when you cancel your ticket with the intention of using it at a future date. If you want to change your ticket, but you're not yet sure which date to change to, you can email us to apply credit for your flight.

To do this, your ticket must meet all of the following conditions:

• The cancellation and change policy states that changes are permitted.

• The ticket policy states that the ticket can be retained for future use.

• The ticket has not been used.

Tips:

Generally, you can only request to retain tickets for later use before the departure time.
