My booking has already been canceled, but I haven't received my refund. What can I do?

My booking has already been canceled, but I haven't received my refund. What can I do?

If you've already submitted a cancellation request, you can find and select the relevant booking by clicking Manage Bookings at the top right corner of homepage , then check the progress of your request.


A cancellation request goes through the following stages:

1 Refund in process : We have received the request and are confirming the cancellation policy.

2 Refund completed :We have successfully processed your refund request.You should have received your refund payment.


Tips:

>The airline has the final decision on the refund amount and issuing method. Refunds may only be available in the form of airline vouchers.

>Usually pre-paid seat is non-refundable unless airline cancels the flight initiatively. In the case of airline cancelling flights, we will do our utmost to apply refunds from airline, but refund result is subject to airline’s discretion.
